Come join us today, October 29th, for some great music by not one, but two bands! Geoffrey Miller will be kicking it off at 12PM and Bottom Dwellers will be starting at 4PM. Also, Cousins Main Lobster truck will be serving up their fantastic food all day to pair with our Matchbook wines. Just remember, Fall has arrived and the air is getting chilly. Fun view from the tasting room! Come out to the winery this week and you may see the sheep grazing through the vines.

Why do we herd sheep in the vineyards? As part of our regenerative farming efforts, we use sheep to help enhance carbon sequestration and improve soil health, microbial biomass and nutrient content in the vineyards. This is one of the four pillars of our program that helps reboot the soils engine and, in turn, creates better wine quality and improves vine resilience – which is important in today’s climate weirdness.

Olive the trees around the tasting room were ready to be harvested so we did it the old-fashioned way, with olive rakes. The tasting room olive trees consist of 3 varietals of Italian olive trees; Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino. These olives are aromatic, light but at the same time slightly spicy and savory, with an aftertaste of almond and herbs. Yum! 🫒❤️ We can’t wait for this limited batch of olive oil to be ready. Stay tuned!
