Matchbook Wine Company is committed to producing wines of exceptional quality. We want all of our customers to enjoy the wine they purchase. Please be sure to inspect all packages upon receipt. If any bottle(s) are broken or compromised during shipment please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide evidence of the damaged bottle(s). We will arrange for a replacement bottle(s) to be sent to you as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace with the same vintage, but reserve the right to substitute with a newer vintage if needed.
