Matchbook Picnicking Guide: Tip #1
Fall is here and with it comes a bountiful selection of seasonal produce and recipes, and of course, wine! It’s no wonder why Sacramento and Yolo County are known as the farm-to-fork and farm-to-cork capital of California. This season we encourage you to “forage” your local shops and markets for picnicking accouterments to enjoy here at Matchbook.
Grab a selection of dried fruits, salty meats, creamy cheeses, and crisps – arrange artfully on a cheese board or plate. Don’t have time to arrange it yourself? Order a cheeseboard to-go from your local cheese shop or deli.
